____________________________________________________________________
The reasons for all these planning and breaking down of the work structure is simply to ensure success in building the club house and to prevent overlapping of responsibility.
All staffs and members for building the club house will have a part to play in ensuring that a well-facilitated club house can be built. We will be able to know who should be contacted during the different stages of the construction.
The layout of the club house will also be clearly drawn out to show the design.
We can also estimate the time taken to build the club house, including the earliest start time, latest start time, earliest end time, latest end time and the float.
Risk assessment will clearly show us the possible risks and we can rectify the risks to prevent them from escalating into bigger problems which may affect the profits of the club house.
The best way is to prevent the problems from happening. However, if worse come to worse, they can't be prevented or solved, we will need to reduce the impact and probability of the risks. Thus, planning before building the club house is shown as a very important role in the project.
