Basically, our club house will have 2 floors and that includes indoor and outdoor facilities.
OUTDOORS FACILITIES
(1) 2 Tennis courts
(2) 2 Basketball courts
There will be 2 of such court side by side.
INDOORS FACILITIES (1st LEVEL)
(1) 1 gym room
(2) 1 Indoor swimming pool
The swimming pool shall be olympic size with pool heating facility.
Next up, we will have 2 children swimming pools with heating facility as well.

There will be another one exactly the same just beside it.
There will be pool heaters for all the 3 swimming pools and the pool heater will look something like the one below :
(4) 2 Changing and shower rooms
There will be 2 of such rooms for males and females.
(5) 2 cinemas
There will also be 2 of such cinemas that can accomodate up to 500 people each.
(6) 1 coffee house
INDOORS FACILITIES (2ND LEVEL)
(1) 2 conference rooms
This can most probably be suitable for small number of people.
Another up is this conference room which can accomodate more people.
(2) 5 KTV rooms
There will be 5 of such KTV rooms for a number of about 20 people.
(3) 1 Recreational room
(4) 1 coffee house
